CRS-6 ALIPHATIC is an exterior single-component, aliphatic, moisture-cure, elastomeric polyurethane coating designed for use where high abrasion resistance and durability are required.

CRS-6 ALIPHATIC can also be used as an exterior coating on metal, wood and aromatic polyurethane coatings. It is available in structural and varnish spray.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

CRS-6 ALIPHATIC can be spray applied with a 30:1 coatings unit. Roller or brush.

These instructions are not intended as product recommendations for specific service. They are issued as an aid in determining correct surface preparation, mixing instructions and application procedure. It is assumed that the proper product recommendations have been made. These instructions should be followed closely to obtain the maximum service from the materials.

SPRAYING PROCEDURE

It is recommended that the desired coating thickness be tested under similar application condition to insure no surface blemishes occur from the moisture curing process of CRS-6 ALIPHATIC.

SURFACE PREPARATION

All surfaces must be clean and dry. Any debris, gravel, dust, or silt must be removed prior to application.

MIXING PROCEDURES

For superior application results, thoroughly mix the contents of all containers using a power mixer for a minimum of five (5) minutes prior to application. Flush spray unit with acetone or equivalent.

Note: CRS-6 ALIPHATIC has been noted to experience slight chalking after 700 hours of UV exposure in a QUV chamber.
