Quick set-up time
Excellent for areas of high traffic and where next day usage
is important. Sets in a short time and can be walked on in approximately 1 to 4 hours
depending on the humidity and temperature of
the surface coated.

Preparation
The
surface shall be clean and free of old coating,
grease or any contaminants.
Clean the concrete surface to
produce a dust free, rough profile.
The surface may be slightly damp
prior to application.
Mixing
THOROUGHLY mix the A & B components using a drill motor and jiffy mixer.
Allow an induction time of about 15 minutes before using the product.
Additional Water
Not more than 10% water may be added.
Add water only after mixing.
Prime Coat
The
kit of A and B should bemixed together completely before making
the prime coat .
Thin with water only as needed for the application.
Application
Apply
at 40ºF to 125ºF and 5ºF above dew point.
May
be applied by brushes,trowels, rollers
and by airless spraying.
Dry film thickness - 2.0 to 5.0 mils per coat.
Multiple applications may be used to achieve desired film thickness.
When rolling,
apply the product in a direction 90
degrees to the last rolled application.
A short nap roller is used.
The product sets quickly,
for best results apply the color chips before the product begins to set.
Apply Aliphatic Top Coat only when the base
coat under the color chips is completely dry.
Drying time
Humidity and temperature will affect the length of time the coatings cure.
Normal drying time is between four and six hours, however, the prime coat may set and be dry to touch
quite quickly and depending on the temperature additional coats
may be dry to touch as soon as one
or two hours.
Always inspect and check the coated area before allowing traffic over the surface.
Full cure and chemical resistance developmentis approximately five to seven days
Most polymer products, i.e. epoxy, urethane, etc. complete full cross linking in this amount of time.
Clean-up
Soap
and water.
Temperature
Resistance up to 250ºF dry.
Finish:
Medium-High Gloss, texture will varydue to substrate.
Caution:
Flattening and minor color change may occur with extended exposure to sunlight.
