HS200
Epoxy Anchoring Gel is a two component (2:1 ratio), 100% solids, high modulus, structural epoxy gel. It is a solvent free,
no odor, high strength, moisture insensitive, non-sag epoxy system. HS200 has exceptional strength, maximum field reliability,
along with a high heat deflection temperature of 152 degree’s Fahrenheit which provides engineers and contractors with
a choice for specifying and setting adhesive anchors in elevated temperature environments. In addition, HS200 has a long working
time (20 minutes at 75° F.), while providing an anchor that can be loaded in as little as 4 hours. HS200 Epoxy Anchoring Gel is formulated
for anchoring threaded rod, bolts, rebar and smooth dowels into concrete, grout filled block, and unreinforced masonry. HS200
has been tested in accordance with ICC – AC58 and is acceptable for long term tensile loads, which includes overhead
applications. It may also be used for short term tensile load anchors, which includes wind and seismic forces.

Ultrabond 1 Epoxy Anchoring Gel is a two component (1:1 ratio), 100%
solids, high modulus, structural epoxy gel. It is a solvent free, no odor, high strength, moisture insensitive, non-sag epoxy
system. Ultrabond 1 has exceptional strength, maximum field reliability, along with a high heat deflection temperature of
134 degree’s Fahrenheit which provides engineers and contractors with a choice for specifying and setting adhesive anchors
in elevated temperature environments. In addition, Ultrabond 1 has a long working time (20 minutes at 75°F.), while providing
an anchor that can be loaded in as little as 4 hours.
Ultrabond 1 has been tested in accordance with AC58 and
is acceptable for long term tensile loads, which includes overhead applications. It may also be used for short term tensile
load anchors, which includes wind and seismic forces.

Ultrabond 2
Epoxy Anchoring Gel is a two component (1:1 ratio), 100% solids, high modulus, structural epoxy gel. It is a solvent free,
no odor, high strength, moisture insensitive, non-sag epoxy system. Ultrabond 2 has exceptional strength, maximum field reliability,
along with a high heat deflection temperature of 135 degree’s Fahrenheit which provides engineers and contractors with
a choice for specifying and setting adhesive anchors in elevated temperature environments. In addition, Ultrabond 2 has a
long working time (25 minutes at 75̊ F), while providing an anchor that can be loaded in as little as 10 hours. Ultrabond 2 Epoxy Anchoring Gel is formulated for anchoring threaded rod, bolts, rebar and smooth dowels
into concrete, grout filled block, and unreinforced masonry. Ultrabond 2 has been tested in accordance with AC58 and is acceptable
for long term tensile loads, which includes overhead applications. It may also be used for short term tensile load anchors,
which includes wind and seismic forces.

Ultrabond
3 Epoxy Anchoring Gel is a two component (1:1 ratio), 100% solids, high modulus, structural, epoxy gel.
It is a solvent free, no odor, high strength, moisture insensitive, non-sag epoxy system. Ultrabond 3 has exceptional strength,
maximum field reliability, along with a high heat deflection temperature of 138 degree’s Fahrenheit. The Ultrabond 3
can be applied at temperatures ranging from 25° F. to 95° F. which provides engineers and contractors with a choice
for specifying and setting adhesive anchors in low temperature environments. In addition, the Ultrabond 3 can be loaded in
as little as 1 hour (at 75° F.) which is ideal for applications that require minimum down times. Acceptable uses
for the Ultrabond 3 include rebar dowel and anchor installations where dynamic, vibratory or intermittent loads exist. Ultrabond
3 has not been tested and is not for use overhead applications.

Ultrabond 937HSHV Epoxy Anchoring Gel is a two component

Ultrabond 1300
Epoxy Anchoring Gel is a two component (1:1 ratio), 100% solids, high modulus, structural,
epoxy gel. It is a solvent free, no odor, high strength, moisture insensitive, non-sag
epoxy system. Ultrabond 1300 has exceptional strength, maximum
field reliability, along with a high heat deflection temperature of 131 degree’s
Fahrenheit which provides engineers and contractors with a choice for specifying and
setting adhesive anchors in elevated temperature environments. In addition, Ultrabond
1300 has a long working time of 20 minutes, while also providing an anchor that can
be loaded in as little as 2 hours (at 75° F.) This allows contractors enough time
to set the anchors without worrying about gelling too fast. Acceptable uses
for Ultrabond 1300 include rebar dowel and anchor installations where dynamic, vibratory or intermittent loads exist. Ultrabond
1300 has not been tested and is not for use in overhead applications or applications that have long term sustained loads at
elevated temperatures.

Ultrabond 2250
is a two component, 100% solids, high strength epoxy bonding adhesive. It is a solvent free, high modulus, moisture insensitive,
high viscosity epoxy system. Ultrabond 2250 is ideal for use in temperatures ranging from 40°F - 110°F. Ultrabond 2300 Multi Purpose Non-Sag Anchoring &
Bonding System Ultrabond 2300 is a two component, 100% solids, high strength epoxy
bonding adhesive. It is a solvent free, high modulus, moisture insensitive, non-sag
epoxy system. Ultrabond 2300 is ideal for
use in temperatures ranging from 60°F – 110°F.
APPLICATIONS

Ultrabond RT66
Doweling Adhesive is a two component, 10:1 ratio, styrene free, Acrylic blend adhesive. It is a solvent free, high modulus,
high strength, moisture insensitive, non-sag adhesive system. Ultrabond RT66 has exceptional strength, outstanding flow characteristics,
maximum field reliability, along with a high heat deflection temperature of 143° F. which provides engineers and contractors
with a choice for specifying and setting dowel anchors in extreme environments for both elevated and low temperature applications.
The Ultrabond RT66 can be applied at temperatures ranging from -5° F. to 105° F. In addition, the Ultrabond RT66 has
a minimum loading time of 1 hour at 78° F. which is great for applications that require minimum down times. Acceptable uses for the Ultrabond RT66 include rebar
dowel installations where dynamic, vibratory or intermittent loads exist. Ultrabond RT66 has not been tested and is not for
use in overhead applications or applications that have long term sustained loads at elevated temperatures. Ultrabond RT66
Acrylic Adhesive is formulated for anchoring rebar dowels and smooth dowels into concrete, grout filled block, and unreinforced
masonry. Typical applications include:
• Grouting
dowel bars and tie bars for full-depth concrete pavement repairs
• Pick proof sealant – windows, doors, locks, etc. (e.g. correctional
facilities)
• Capping paste for crack-injection
Ultrabond Glass Capsules High Strength Vinyl ester-based
adhesive system.Ultrabond Glass Capsules are uniquely formulated two-component, high
strength vinylester-based adhesive packaged in a convenient singe glass capsule. The Ultrabond Glass Capsules are ideal for
a wide range of temperatures from 5°F - 90°F.

Ultrabond Glass Capsules are placed in the hole and the resin and catalyst are combined as a chamfered
rod or rebar is spun to the bottom of the hole through the capsule
